@dannalingur2 If you have it for PC you can do this, in game press "~" on your keyboard and a typing console will come up, get the ID code for a rat off of google, just search oblivion Rat ID and you will find it, and also find the "spawn creature code" which will allow you to spawn an NPC. So go into the game press ~ once you have all your codes, type them in as explained on oblivionwiki for example and a rat will spawn then to make it big type in console "setscale (ID code) (number)"
