Here's the good and bad of it for me. Yes, the girl in the pink? (looks orange to me) shirt is awesome. How many class participants can do that and how fitness safe is it? (The bad) Looks like she has a dance background and is very entertaining and fun to watch. The guy in red does is more so someone like myself can do it too...not so intimidating (the good). Thank you for having a good variety of people that we can follow. Super routine!!!
