what do you do and the quality is this good anyway excellent as always and where this things in the begining lickers?

I record the videos using a Capture Card called, Pinnacle Platinum 170 DVC. And when I record these videos I pretty much use the maximum setting for video and that's it.
Yeah, those things I encounter at the very start are Lickers :-)
