Marianne seemed sort of conceited, Ive always liked Pattie the best because she seemed very modest and warmhearted. I think she's also been through some bad times like aldultry in TWO marriages and she also had some family troubles. I read her biography and it was amazing, I reccomend it to everyone.

Both were extremely gorgeous, both had beautiful eyes, nose, shape of face, figures; smooth lovely hair styles - very lucky girls indeed to be born with their looks. Sadly, Marianne had a tragic life - with drugs, alcohol as did Patty - but probably somewhat to a lesser degree. Both involved with famous musicians.

I think Marianne got more into real heavy, heavy drugs & effected her singing voice. They were both so good looking though. Too bad we all couldn't be born with beautiful looks! :-)

I don't know much about Marianne to be honest. But I read Pattie's book Wonderful Tonight, so I'd pick Pattie over Marianne any day. She's actually very intelligent, extremely faithful, and a beautiful person, inside and out.

She's an actress as well as a singer and studied poetry under allen ginsberg. she struggled with a massive addiction and went from being a pop star to being homeless then turned it all around again. she's very intelligent, very interesting and very, very tough. a better bio than pattie's, I think, because Marianne's is about herself and pattie's is about her relationships with men.

@ZeppelinClassics Marianne's biography that was written in the 90s is called 'Faithfull', though I heard she was writing a follow-up memoir since then, it may have already been published. Marianne survived breast cancer, only to find out she has hepatitus C, probably contracted during her years as a heroin addict. life has really kicked her ass, but she'd be the first to admit she brought a lot of it on herself.

I prefer Marianne. Patti Boyd is very nice and pretty, but Marianne is very intelligent and lives by her wits, not her looks. She's still recording to this day and did some acting as well, studied poetry under Allen Ginsberg and wrote one hell of a juicy autobiography.

& overall, I would say that Marianne was prettier.
