  • Dia histórico para o Sepultura!

  • great song

  • 4 people lies beneath the remains...

  • Prepare to die.

  • HaHa Metal cool

  • Historyc Part of my Life. My first Concert

  • hahah massacre

  • Bring back this the true Sepultura!

  • Dang I swear I see THREE pits going in this vid!! I miss those old days!! The broken bones, the bruised ribs, the busted lips, the black eyes! I literally broke my thumb completely OFF once in a pit and the only thing holding it on was the skin!! HAHA! I still have trouble writing to this day from that one!! I would give anything to go back!! I remember wanting to go to The Dynamo so fucking bad, but I was broke in the Midwest!! FUCK!!

  • @elteescat Dynamo was the shit :) Went there in 95, that's where I broke my nose !

  • @Neuroneos You're so lucky!! I hate you! I mean, I LOVE you! hahahaha It's so funny now to be almost 40 and have "oldies" music that's more hardcore than the shit "kids" are listening to "these days." Darn bunch of young wipper-snappers! When I was YOUR age, Sonny! We knew how to play REAL Metal!!! Half of the kids going to shows these days weren't even BORN yet when this gig was played!! THRASH TILL DEATH!

  • @elteescat Couldn't agree more ! Everything 20 years ago was darker and way more intense than today's music. Sepultura, Kreator, Possessed, Sodom ... I miss these times :)

  • @Neuroneos They didn't need goofy masks or 50 pounds of eyeliner either!!

  • @elteescat Haha that's true. Well, music nowadays seems to be about how you look.

  • @Neuroneos sadly so true.

  • shit man I was there.I was like 16 years old and didn't know what hit me.

  • The thing that pisses me off is that somehow the vibe of metal (mostly thrash) is gone. I mean you'll never see something similar nowadays, the whole public freaking out, massive moshing and all that shit. I think it's mostly because of the relatively older crowd. No idea, it just makes me angry.

  • how the hell did they manage to come out with an album like Roots less than 5 years after this? ridiculous...

  • @blindcynic you could ask this same question for a number of bands. Carcass with Swansong is a good example.

  • i was here on the right side of the stage. unforgettable.

  • sepultura para siempre

  • I miss old Sepultura

  • This is when Sepultura was actually good! Arise was their last good thrash album...after that, Max's lyrics got more and more stupid and fucking lame trying to be tough (ie. "what da fuck is dis shit, what da fuck is dis shit!!!")

  • @metalslut1 actually Choas A.D. had good lyrics because that album was about how fucked up the world is and what is going on at that time so i think he had good lyrics until like roots

  • @bulletsk8r True. The Lyrics that Max writes after Chaos AD are complete garbage! I actually feel less intelligent after listening to lyrics like "What da fuck, is dis shit!!!" LOL

  • Sepultura is a wicked band im latino and they make me feel so proud long live fucking metal!!!!!

  • perfect track!!!!

  • You intimidate radio faggots...no wonder they never play you. Damn heavy!! love it!!

  • RELIQUIA LEGENDA TOTAL

  • Iggor Is Da Man!!!

  • Fast as shit!

  • /M/ really damn thrash, fuck!!!

  • When metal was most popular in the world !

  • never possible today..

  • awesome crowd

  • I was there...brings fine memories...

  • i wish the damn camera would have a good shot of igors right hand cuz i cant tell if hes alternating each hand on the hi hat and snare or hes going 16th notes on the hi hat all by doing his right hand.

  • i love Sepultura.. but I don´t really like it when they speed their songs up live..

  • @MasterOfPetterz although i haven't seen them live, only on vids on u tube, i agree; it seems they speeded up their songs live; i do not like it

  • the drummer is insane

  • @deicide663 dude, it's Igor

  • Fucking speed!

  • I strongly agree with you but try remembering the whole concerts and tour packages they've given worldwide regardless what their latter stuff sound like ---Old school , new school, or if it attempts to play for whole new audiences and atract the attention for themselves because of Max's leaving the band.

  • BRUTALY AWSOME!!!! Thrash'Till Death!!!!

  • This song is difficult to play on drums huh?

  • What else do you expect at radical haters who are forced to follow overrated rules already set by some alcoholic people who aspire to nothing but a cheap fuck on the street?.

I mean come on If you're a big fan of theirs then why the hell you have to come up with such conclusion wether this band has gradually changed or expanded their original sound who fucking cares! can't you just get it? It's all about developement and evolution in order to get something to be succesful .

  • Hi Shattered, i think just like you when i remember St. Anger, but Sepultura case for me is a question of survive, they have done everything possible to not dissappear since max leaving.. Bestial, Morbid, Beneath, Arise, Chaos, Roots .. that`s what i call evolution!!,... then did come Against disc ... it was evolution? (ROOTS --> AGAINST) mmmm, the nowadays Sepultura is nice and DESERVE RESPECT, but they are not awesome, not like the classic Sepultura, who was the fifth big band of thrash

  • @QQTER You are damn right!

thumbs up to you my friend!

i´m brazilian and i´ve seen the NEW Sepultura Playing with the NEW metallica, and both are examples of amazing bands that turned to something good, not excepcional! They were really TRASH METAL!!

    - After max leaving, sepultura changed.

    - After Cliff Burton died, metallica changed.

Nice to see some realistic comments!

  • Hi Zappa, thanx u! i do think Metallica`s evolution has been really succesful (an inconsistent succes). MAX was the JAMES of Sepultura, if James had left Metallica.. well i can`t imagine Lars or Hammet, or even the great Cliff B. saving the band. Sepultura is on the road because Andreas is very brave and a dreamer too. ST. ANGER is pure evolution, a GREAT release, it will be honored tomorrow, not today. Death M. is a good job, just like Reload. Hell! how i wish Max is back in Sep, dont you?

  • @QQTER OH MY GODNESS !!!Look at Max now. He´s more talking than singing, and his lyrics are all just ,,war, fuck, hate, murder, i am the...". The first 3 Soulfly albums were good, now it turned into a repeating circle. Max didn´t bring anything new. Cavalera Conspiracy and Soulfly are based on Rizzo´s great riffs and solos, but I think he wastes them a bit.. I agree that Against wasn´t a breakthrough album, but they started do experiment and created Roorback ! Fuck that reunion.Love the new Sep

  • @GlockenspielSAS war, fuck, satan, hate, all of those are metal words, dont you like it? go listen justin bieber my friend, me neither cant stand that kind of stupid perspectives (i mean war, fuck, etc) BUT i love their MUSIC, their strongness, their fury.. fuck the lyrics!, if U WANT LISTEN POETRY or sweet shit you are in the wrong place man. Rizzo's GREAT riffs? hahahaha, well he is good, just good. Max right now is christian and i care shit, this is music not a fucking church.

  • @QQTER I´m not listening to metal because of ,,metal words". I wouldn´t even know who Justin Bieber is, if there wasn´t so many haters making him famous. If you know who he is, you probably listened to his music. Your comment doesn´t make any sense, because first you like those words and then you write ,,fuck lyrics"...Does it make any sense ? Well, make a video of you shredding better like Rizzo. I´m really interested in it ! Don´t judge something, which you don´t know shit about.

  • @QQTER I agree with the point that metal music has to be aggressive, so the lyrics must be like that. But the new Sepultura´s lyrics are always aggressive with using more than 10 words over and over. I´m not against using them, but I got bored of CC, because their songs sound all the same to me... People should show more respect to new Sepultura, they proved that a band is not based on their singer

  • @ZappaHermeto They were really trash??..so..you mean they were garbage ind crap!:)...Who are they now then, my mate?:)))

  • @ZappaHermeto dude its THRASH not TRASH

  • @ZappaHermeto But Sepultura Was A LOT Thrashier Than Metallica

  • this sep's period is one of their bests in my opinion, maybe beacuse i think "beneath the remains" album is a masterpiece, probably the top in their career

  • " SEPULTURA & BENEATH THE REMAINS will always remain!!! " it's better to say BENEATH THE REMAINS SEPULTURA REMAINS FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Fucking great speed version. Old Sepultura - good old times.

  • Early Sepultura were amazing before bloody cock went out!

  • Beneath The Remains and Arise

  • only sepultura play live faster than the album!

  • I was at this concert! F*cking great!!!

  • Gimme Sarcofago instead...thats real metal !

  • No..the other way around i think that sepultura is the biggest looser.

They began as a promising metalband but ended up as a fucking hardcore group.

Sarcofago would never do that, and Wagner was smart enough to quit in time before the whole scene turned to shit.

  • Well you can yell and scream the hell out of it, but i saw SARCOFAGO live way back in 92 and it was the so acclaimed "laws of scourge" concert, the concert was so shitty, the place was so tight and crappy that you can compare the two bands in therms of goals...

  • Comment removed

  • I saw Sepultura live back in 92 in denmark and i must say that even the local support act did a better show.

It was so crappy and i really expected more from a band to be the first brazilian one to gain international sucess.

And what about the goals ?

Dont you think these band had the same goals to start with ? The only differense was that Sepultura did a few good albums before they became a parody of the whole scene. Sarcofago did not. They refused to be trendy fucks.

  • Well i don't think so, i think the laws of scourge album could be considered the ultimate trendy sell out for sarcofago, which you have to agree that didn't highered the charts (hweehwhew), and i'll tell you, i love their first album!

Sepultura started changing their sound/attitude way back in schizophrenia (87, 88 right?) so, just this fact just aproach them to the likes of Death and other well succeeded extreme acts

  • I agree that laws of scourge was a step in the wrong direction, but let's consider the albums they did after "Laws".

Dont tell me "The Worst" ,"Hate" and "Crust" was a step further to total fiasko, compared to "Roots" and "Against", just to name a few.

And hell yes..the first Sarcofago was brilliant.

  • I never went thru this other records dude... but gotta check it out... beneath the remains is in some aspects a death metal album, something in between obituary and death... but i agree with you that the real remains of the band are in Max and Igor with their conspiracy thing

  • Well actually i mean i agree with that they totally suck this days!

  • Yuo better check these albums out, because they are truly mean albums.

  • AL SON DE COÑAZOS PATADAS Y MORDISCOS

  • During Sepultura's set at this concert, a fight broke out between metalheads and nazi scum.

  • I remember that, 50 naziskins were moshing at the right hand side of the stage and provokred metal heads

  • That is fucking rediculous fast

  • That pit is fucking nuts!!

  • They were the #1 band in Brazil, and they won a grammy!

  • Who the fuck cares if they won a grammy?

Its fucking thrash, we dont need that kind of shit.

  • Indeed, Metallica's bitterness over the grammy loss in 89 only made them want success more so they went all mainstream.

  • @rodolfodelanoe They can shove their grammy ( award for sellouts ) somewhere down bellow !

  • some perfect thrashing on this one

  • Sepultura ain't sepultura anymore...

  • GREATEST TIME FOR DEATHRASH AND REAL SEPULTURA!

    Sepultura without Max is shit!

    SEPULTURA 1984-1993

  • Com certeza!

  • EINDHOVEN,..(too bad Dynamo open air stoped, it still is the most important history of eindhoven, if u ask me..)

  • i was there too!, it was great.....

  • I was there!

  • fuck igor is insane in this

  • THE MOST INTENS TRASH METAL BAND EVER

  • Great! Now thats real music and not those emo crap nowadays..

  • AMEN!

  • I feel ashamed that we do not have these kind of moshpits these days

  • Good old times <3

  • @jackoroth

this is no proshot be happy with what you got :)

  • Holy, shit, so fast...
