  • xXfrownyguyXx- fuck no, John 5 is so much better....

  • Zim Zum was better than John 5.

  • I´m not a big fan of Manson, but this is cool !!!

  • john should have done more solos for the songs

  • I really can't understand how Ginger Plays this song..

  • @ShootMySelfToLoveYou it's really not that hard. I'm a drummer and it's just the tempo that seems hard.

  • Thumbs up for 2:56 - 3:25 :)

  • John5 looks like The Crow :D

  • Good song, good lyrics, good band, ....bad performance. :(

  • @zombiemouse this is a hard song (have you seen how difficult to play it is?)... s performance is cool, not the best like in other songs, but not bad

  • @nio107 Yes I agree. The original recording had someone else doing the guitar also. But Manson needed more caffeine or something, he seems exhausted. Probably a later song in the concert so I forgive him.

  • @zombiemouse nope... according to what I saw it's just John5 doing the solo, he is incredibly fast... search some John5 vids, there's one on youtube that shows him playing that solo, exactly like in the record... and yeah, Manson seems tired, but for John, man it's hard to be moving and jumping playing that song xD

  • Lord this makes one homesick for those great 90's

  • great song :D

  • This song is so sad,he is talking about his illness.

Same as "Cryptorchid" and "Wormboy", this is third one.

  • @razieltwiggy haha he aint talking of his illness in this song neither in cryptorchid or wormboy ,

  • Hmmmmmmm. i like this song

  • which album was this song pls answer or send me a message i need the info

  • the las tour on earth

  • Well it was gonna be on antichrist super star, but they took it out and made it an ep in 1999

  • It's on a single of this, the Celebrity Deathmatch soundtrack, or The Last Tour On Earth. Easiest one to find being The Last Tour on Earth.

  • Like the song but Manson isn't even scary anymore, he just looks like a clown.

  • Yeah I agree he's not really that scary anymore but it's kinda unreasonable to think that he will after so long.

  • @dinomite50 mmmm besides....he already got his point across peoples mind so,why would he be scary...got to love manson

  • you gotta love pissing off mainland america!!

  • indubitably

    LMAO!!!!

    >:-D

  • i miss that song on setlist

  • :}cool.I like how the doods moog keyboard is on a giant spring!

  • The keyboard on the spring is like Type O Negatives,Josh Silver is wicked on that thing!

  • MM in bloom. luv it!!!! ++++

  • i 've never understood how to play this song with drums...

  • constant bass drum, and snare hits. you can see ginger doin it @ 0:20.. make it sound like a helicopter of some sort...

  • that bastard doesnt touch the keyboard in the solo part... I'm disappointed with them, hi appears only!!!!!

  • solo part? that was john 5 s part. not pogo. .no keyboard.

  • motherfucker

    exelent

    thanks for the video

  • the best fucking stage of MM

  • His lyrics are beyond that you can imagine my friend, most of them are mystic

  • actually this was written for MTVs "celebrety smakdown" they asked him to write a song about there show and this is what the result was. and the kill your god kill your tv was his theme then of god is in the tv

  • i think it was for celerity deathmatch

  • thats what i meant sorry.

  • The song was made for it, the episode featuring Manson vs. Ricky Martin aired sometime 1999

  • He actually wrote this song during the recording of Antichrist Superstar.

  • That explains why 'this is what you should fear, you are what you should fear' are also heard in Kinderfeld..

  • Metaphor... damn, if you're gonna use big dollar words, learn to spell them.

Maybe if your parents had killed your TV God, you'd'a learned more than how to laugh and go "pffffft".

  • LMFAO owned

  • "GOD IS IN THE TV" so, to Kill Your God you have to Kill Your TV..

  • Thanks for clarifying that. LOL

  • Some guy was saying "dude wtf is up lyrics are dumb kill your tv wtf man?" so i explained it too him.

  • kill your fucking god!@!!!@!@!@!!

  • I'm the only one who likes Manson lyrics? Other than music, i love his music, but the lyrics from Antichrist Superstar were very symbolic and beautiful, at least for me.

  • I think he's a lyrical genius. As well as a genius in many other respects. He's far too under credited for his work. I'm not a huge fan of the whole persona he puts on, but I've heard his reasoning behind it, and I respect it. Sadly, most people can't see it that way. Look back to Smells Like Children and Portrait of an American Family and see his talent. ACS was an absolutely incredible album, as was Mechanical Animals and Holywood.

  • Lovely comment, just what i think about him. I've always identified Mechanical Animals with Nihilism and Holywood has a really extensive biblical research behind it related to violence and religion now a days. Its great. His new albums are more like personal, moody lyrics, dark lyrics, not too complex though, but i like them anyway, they're more emotional than philosophic.

  • same here brother

  • agreed

  • is this the first concert for the guns god and goverment tour?

  • Best live version I have seen of this song

  • zZZz

  • de putha madre

  • This right here, represents Marilyn Manson at their finest. By far the best lineup; Manson, Pogo, Twiggy, Ginger, and John 5. Doesn't get any better than that.

  • i miss jhony 5 and twiggyy :(

  • twiggy is back btw

  • agreed. this was the best time to see manson, bc he played all the good songs from acs ma and holywood. i saw them at hammerstein in 2000 it was sick. idk wat manson is doing now but it sucks

  • @Mute711 no is not the best marilyn manson is what is allways (and im dont care when you was wirrte this post)

  • @larawora I have no idea what you just said.

  • @Mute711 that marilyn manson today is even much more better then antichrist and hollywood and of corse is much more good then the mechanical animals. in short: marilyn manson once was perfect but today is legendary then he was. and he not bad the one who bad is the assholes fans who turn their back to him becuse they say ""eat me drink me was sucks and since then im not lisen to mm anymore im only go to concerts"" fuck them im think marilyn manson keep better and better (and im mean it)

  • @larawora Maybe so, but this was their best lineup, as far as musical talent and chemistry goes. John 5 and Pogo were better musicians than Chris Vrenna and Andy Gerold, in my opinion.

  • @Mute711

Right on could not agree more!!

  • @Mute711 yeah man that was the best line

  • this was the opening song for this show..

manson closed the WBCN river rave show after aerosmith played before them

  • Hell, yeah!!!

    I don't believe I've ever seen pro-shot OzzFest '01 footage before...tasty.

    :)

  • this is def by far the BEST astonishing panorama of the endtimes performace Ive seen.

  • buenisimo!

  • Some sweet Ginger Fish action!!! Thanks for this video!!!!!!!!!!

  • Oh my God...it's great!

  • Best tour ever.

  • Thanks for uploading this video. Great stuff. :)
