I've gotten fast rapid changing images like that in the beginning of the video form hypnagogia. it's mad scary and unexplainable. This video makes it so positive but most of my experiences are crazy nuts scary lol

@AlanAlfredoSauce yes i think that is the hypnogogic state. actually for me its not scary but is really neat and i enjoy it. but for some it can be scary. however if you learn how to control these images somehow and stay conscious you can enter the dream state lucid very easily....or so i have heard i have never done it that way...i just use reality checks.

@jmbeauti have horrible sleep patterns for a few days, then eat a huge meal right before bed the last day, and make sure something's around to disturb your sleep within an hour or two. Gave me weeks/months of recurring horrible waking hallucinations

@jmbeauti sorry i know this is an old comment i hope you dont mind. you dont have to take anything this is just something that happens naturally before sleep. if you can learn to harness it you can do lucid dreaming.
