However, Mr. Jacoby changes voters party affiliations to Republican without their knowledge. If those voters try to vote, their voting data is inaccurate and can cause problems for them. This is real voter fraud because it disenfranchises the voter in some states.

I don't see anything to be gained by someone changing party affiliation or how it could relate to fraud.

In Obama's case, his group are using Chicago strong arm tactics, stealing ballots, intimidation, busing in supporters from neighboring states to vote illegally on and on and on! I don't understand why Hillary/Bill are campaigning for him

Think about how long the lines are for voting as it is. Throw in machines that cause furthur delays, and you suppress voting by causing the time standing in line to increase dramatically. Even if everyone who votes makes sure the machine is correct, the time it takes them to do that loses votes for Obama. Of course, Republicans are counting on that. I'm personally sick of Republicans.

Anyone who thinks this is not intentional, I have a bridge in Alaska to sell you.

Does anyone else think it is strange that the machine which needs calibration seems to be calibrated just fine when you push on the McCain line, but not when you push on the Obama line? That's just a coincidence right?

I stood in line today for early voting in WV and I had NO problems but also rechecked everything 3 times I also read the paper that scrolls up the side of the voting machine.........If the machine requires re-calibration then maybe ALL machines should be checked after every 10-15 votes cast...........????????????

If the machines are faulty, the manufacturer should be sued by the People of the United States, and any possible conspiratorial actions should be fully investigated and prosecuted.

This is Big Brother people! Video the Vote is a great idea and a chance for people to hold their government accountable. The potential lawsuit could involve thousands of pieces of video evidence.

We should have early voting in every state that has faulty machines so that people have enough time to vote properly and then call the police.

Vote fraud has been happening in the US for 30 years. It is a shame that every time there is a presidential election, people seem to realise this all over again. Yet, the penalty for causing confusion over voting was only labeled a category 1 misdemeanor by the US congress in 2007. Imagine that. I stole a life jacket from a plane once, and that is a felony. Ridiculous!

We still have paper ballots and cardboard boxes. The count is performed by pensioners from the neighbourhood, who make a few bucks doing it. No computers, touch screens, chads or screw-ups. No need to change a thing.

People are more aware now of voting fraud because of the last elections. Many did not even want to believe it was happening because it attacks our constitutional rights and is horrible to think about. Just because people are noticing it now doesn't mean that the vote flipping is any less 'evil' it just means that it's unsuccessful and we should be proud of that. However though, it might somehow be a distraction tactic so keep your eyes peeled!

What I'm saying is that, if 100 people all vote for Obama, and the machine says that 73 of them voted for Obama and 27 of them voted for McCain, then that's not the fault of the voters. That's the fault of the people who built the voting machine.

Everywhere else on the planet when voting you have is a piece of paper with candidates names and boxes and a pencil for the voter to use. No expensive fancy computers that need "recalibrating" just hard real world ballots that can be counted quickly, with a minimal chance of being lost or voters casting a ballot for the wrong candidate. But no America has to waste their democracy and their economy with ridiculously expensive, inaccurate and unreliable machines that FAIL.
