I think i watched the Children's Circle tape of "The Day Jimmy's Boa Ate the Wash" around 500 times, which included this magical story, the story of monty, the story of the rats and the rat-catchers, and of course, jimmy and his boa.
I loved this story as a kid. Now it just creeps me out!

I read this in pre-school, and then saw this. It was my favorite, but it freaked me out... it still does (like when he smiles) *shiver* ugghhhh
