Ur gonna have to replace the heater core right off the bat once you get it running again they have that nasty habit if they sit for a while i have a 50,000 mile car check out my vid.....
ur lucky you live in florida where theres no salt on the roads. you got a couple clean rust free cars there to work with. freat starting points. keep them clean and make sure to go to your local auto wreckers for cheep intereior parts etc

lol.. You should try letting him hand the red one over to you to work on over the next year.. You can get your permit once you turn 15 1/2 so you can practice around in it until you turn 16. Thats what i did.. I bought a camaro about a half year before i got my liscense so i just worked on it from time to time but it blew up lol
I have a fox body mustang myself.. Had it since i was 17 and love it. These cars are fun and easy to work on compared to the newer ones and the parts for them are fairly inexpensive which is a very good thing for us younger people

yeah im hoping to get it by the time i am 16 but it may be later like 17
im only 14 and my dad let me take our running one out in the country back roads to drive it, man that was the best time of my life!!!!
