@angelscream02 There are a couple of metal references in K-on! Aside from Krausser appearing in the first episode, there was a Black Sabbath reference in the second season, there was that Hendrix/Page/Beck conversation.

And when Sawako-sensei was telling her past in the Light Music club, her appearance went from Visual-Kei, to Black Metal (the Bloody Corpse-Paint), to Slipknot (The mask).

Originally, Azu-nyan wanted to join the jazz club. In the early 80's Megadeth was called Jazz Metal. Yeah.
