after Watching clips from Beauty and the Beast and Phantom of the Opera i now know how Zuko feels and i think he deserves Katara more besides if Katara does end up with Zuko then Aang could end up with Toph

The speculation currently is that it will be some time in September, but Nickelodeon still hasn't announced an official start date.
