I heard Lou always wanted the Hulk to talk, but the director's vision was the creature was silent. Anyways, when I saw the Hulk and Sledgehammer in cameos during the last few years, it made me wanna see them on screen again, even though they are old now. I think both of them could still make a great movie.

Yes, Lou is partially deaf. But he can hear you and talk to you in person and on the phone. He uses some devices to make it easier. He seems like a normal guy like anyone else. It's too bad they couldn't make a Hulk movie like Rocky 6 where the hulk talks.
