you shouldnt buy anything with an engine that has no brand or a brand name you have never heard before because it will be chinese and made with the cheapest parts possible in a workshop the size of your bedroom by people with limited skills. you will be lucky if you can get any replacement parts. I had this problem with a scooter too, it started falling apart after a few weeks from new.
