As a lawyer I can tell you that arguments based on emotion usually lack logical or factual basis. The pro torture side only made emotion based arguments, constantly citing 9/11 and using the term "Men in uniform". Perhaps torture is a good idea, but obfuscating the issue with patriotic tripe is dishonest.

This was a great debate, well worth the time to watch all ten videos.

Moderator kept everything together and on topic, panelists were persuasive and entertaining. Funny bit in there about the NSA as the voice in your head.
