I might have to disagree. How many calories are in your favorite 6" sub? Also, The Trans Fat, this alone makes Subway a big steer away if you're really trying to eat healthy.

You want a good lunch, buy Arnold's Whole Wheat bread (No High Fructose Syrup), no mayo, just slice Turkey Breast and Swiss cheese. Then on the side some Almond's and water.
