you indeed have been a open book and the community is totaly greatful i am certain of..i thank you for that because it has paved the way for many..i remember your surgery day..came a bit later and saw the ordeal you endured..but youve pressed on..youtube and this community is indeed a blessing..and i def will be starting the couch to 5k as well myself here soon :) lots of love -lovely

great video! yeah...the facebook thing started in 2009 and has grown so big... i found that youtube was awesome on the way to goal and that facebook has been awesome for maintenance... love our wls community!

I was just banded on 12/13, but people who have posted videos like you gave me the courage to actually get weight loss surgery. I didn't know anyone who had wls and I so appreciate that you and others who have shared your journeys. Great video!

@Kellawanda Thanks chica. I've been shopping at Sephora lately and have picked up quite a few products. The foundation is Make-Up Forever HD, the mineral powder is Bare Essentials, the eye make-up and eye-liner are from Stilla. You should make a response video to this.
