I always prefer to make my Keyblade's out of plywood because that way, it's more stronger and more durable than making one out of foam, or clay, or any combination of the two materials

Mainly because afterwards, I try to find one just like it with the intentions of buying it. 8"-( As long as it is from something I know, I am willing to buy it. The list for now is A state alchemist pocketwatch, 2 keyblades (Oblivion/Oathkeeper), Assassin's Outfit(Assassin's Creed. Obviously), an actual working hidden blade (To look like a badass while stabbing fish), a Death Scythe (Just random), and Axel's Chakram.

I was going to drill a hole thru the shaft and handles(half way throught the handles) and place smaller dowels thru the shaft and connect it to the handles. but my handles weren't wide enough. LOL i hope that made sense

i myself made a kingdom key out of wood.... firstly, yours actually looks professionally made whereas mine looks like an amature put it together... i also had no jigsaw to cut out the correct shapes... although mine is made of thicker wood, so it is larger, it is also held together with carpenter glew and reinforced with nails so it is more sturdy...
