Try Mail Merge in M$ Word/Office 2003, 2007 to make mailing labels and mailing lists in Excel.

I don't know what the Mac equivalent of that would be. If you can copy & paste addresses from e-mails to Word or Excel to do mail merge to make labels, that could save you a lot of time & effort. Learning how to use mail merge is the difficult part though, use a Help Menu.

I know this might be a silly question, but why don't you just print out the addresses? either on to sticker paper, or you could glue/tape normal paper onto the envelopes. That would save you a LOT of time, and wrist pain.

Lauren, it's adorable that you're addressing all of those envelopes yourself. There is an easier way. Store that addresses in Excel, one address per row. Save and close that and open up Word and goto tools, letters and mailings, and then choose envelopes and labels. You can then import the addresses in and print them out onto some Avery Labels that you can pick up at OfficeMax or something. Or, you can keep that personal touch and label each one. Whichever, you're awesome!
