  • way to ruin a good who song with the weak ass beatles

  • nice!!!!

  • EPIC

  • sound quality could be quite a bit better but the song itself is really good.

  • AMAZING!!!! BEST BANDS OUT THERE!!!

  • Oh wow, Pete's wah-wah synth (plus drums and guitars, is that Ringo, John, and George, or Keith and John Entwistle?) makes Paul's voice sound even more badass at 0:38-1:00 and again at 1:47-2:00.

I only wonder, is there any version that doesn't sound like blasted through a telephone line?

Now make a mash-up of "Helter skelter" with The Who's most badass song, "Won't get fooled again", the 8:33 version, maybe with the wah-wah synth from here included! ;)

  • i just came

  • a better title would be "Who the Helter Skelter Are You?"

  • i would just like to give this video a big heaping helping of YES

  • British Inversion.

    Bloody brill.

  • correct it was "I Can See For Miles". He talks in the Anthology about how he read a review on the song and was a bit jealous as he thought he would like to have a review that said those sorts of things.

  • Interesting mix since McCartney said it was some nasty, raunchy song by The Who that inspired him to write "Helter Skelter".

  • @captainvaritek Yeah. I think the Beatles were the best out there, but it is cool to hear that even they had some cool infulences and ispirations to write some cool songs and melodies.

  • @captainvaritek It was actually a review of the song "I Can See For Miles" that Paul read which claimed that the song was an absolute sheer blast of noise, or something to that extent. Paul saw this as an exaggeration and set out to write a song that lived up to that claim, hence the existence of Helter Skelter.

  • @captainvaritek

It was probably "I can see for miles".

  • @captainvaritek the song was "I Can See For Miles". Paul told that he readed on a newspaper that that song was the mos heavy song around, so he comitted to write a heavier song himself

  • The two best bands, and I'm not even kidding.

  • hahahah f... cool man

its verry good it somehow made me laugh

    do not know why

    mind opener ?

  • @luciferion2000 I GOT BLISTERS ON ME FINGERS! = epic lolz of awesomesauce.

  • The Who vs The Beatles. The Who win!!

  • @NascarGoose hell no the beatles win! i love the who but still. fab four came first. :)

  • @NascarGoose Ehhh. The Beatles were still great. I'd say tie if anything.

  • That's it, you've got yourself a subscription!

    Yet another wicked mix.

  • Wow. This is grooving! Nice song choices!

  • which who songs did you use?

  • "who are You"

  • You made this? I was thinking, lets see if I can find some nice remixes of the Beatles. Sounds like I found one here.

  • Do you have a HQ one?
