There final fight has dialogues stating about how Lady Deathstrike tries to remind wolverine that weapon X (The project she uses to create weapons like her and wolverine) is no more unatural than the manifestation of mutants on earth, Wolverine disagrees stating perhaps but he atleast should be able to choose, he finishes her off (the way it occurs during this fight) and leaves with the rest of the X-men, deliberating wither or not he's more like them mentally or more like her physically

Lady Deathstrike however doesn't consider their lifestyle to be dehumanizing or destructive since humans are animals by nature anyway, she then believes that Wolverine is being manipulated by humans (and the X-men as well) to become less of what he originally was, the movie thus centers around how Wolverine first meets Yoriko, leaves to join the X-men and finally confronts her again in order to decided who he should be with (with this fight scene here being considered the final conflict)

@The3rdTri In the movie, she was being controlled by Stryker. She would have pretty much otherwise possibly been on the side of the X-Men, had Stryker not been using his mind control on her. She shows a little humanity and emotion for the split second before she ends up dead.

This is who the main antagonist of X-men Origins wolverine should have been, Lady Deathstrike. When following the pacing of the comics and TV series she had a deep relationship with Wolverine so the movie writers should have remade it to where she was the one with more experience with the Adamantine and engineered Wolverine to become like her once they fell in love, wolverine then understands how lethal of a life they live and how much he wishes to be more of a human than an animal
