If you prefer less of a 'fishy' taste than Talapia, Swai is a Vietnamese Catfish that we really enjoy and it's even less expensive in our area (Las Vegas).
Re. my comment below, they were absolutely delicious! Thank you! I used frozen beans and was amazed at how fresh they tasted after just frying them in butter. I thought the beans, being frozen, gave off a tiny bit of water so I poured this away and then added more butter, then the cashew nuts and soy sauce. I haven't eaten green beans for years as they can be a bit tasteless when boiled so many thanks for introducing me to this new method of cooking them. (I had fried salmon with them)
Thanks, Rob. Found it! I've never seen Tilapia fish in France. Can you suggest another white fish pls? What are u adding at 2:23? It sounds like "A handful of shar lunge"! Love the way you cook your nuts and beans! I'll try that!
@MissJagUR lol "a handful of Shore Lunch" That's the breading mix I was using, but any breading mix will do. This will work well on Bass, or Halibut, or Cod. Basically anything but salmon.
Tilapia... called it! LoL. When I saw coconut fish, I wa slike, I bet he's going to use Tilapia. I want to start eating more fish, so it is good to come across recipes like this because I have not cooked a lot of fish in the past, but I do like good fish recipes!
Do you always tend to use Salted Butter ??

If you want to make good fish, you're going to have to abuse some eggs, I guess. Sounds delicious!
