What do you do when you have complex problems? or more than one complex problem? do you follow this process for every singe problem and part of the problem every single time?
@topgun101tom The Six Hats would works for a simple and complex issues ..... it's a 'tool' that you can use to save time and efforts and reach higher quality results when you managing team inputs/efforts in any problem-solving session. I usually use the 'Design Thinking' approach for more creative outputs results, that I'd recommend for you.
Think they should include the extra hat, that is like the polar opposite to the blue hat. Kind of a chaos hat, like that aspect of the universe that works in complete ignorance and contrary to the entire constructive process. It is a hat that rears its ugly head all on its own, and the sick truth is there is merit in listening to it, if only to cover all of those extra bases of opposites. Its almost like a vortex of ideas, a yin to the blue hat's yan
Can anyone suggest a particular situation this works best in? Is it basically good for discussing an idea? Or can it be used for more complex situations?
If so, what situations has anyone found it works best in?
