Nat is in her own world. When talking to Blake, she's "calm" as Blake says..she also seems at peace and very radiant and happy. In her mind she has come to a solution to keep the baby, be with Liv, and have her other children Rafe, Emma, Ava. While maintaining peace with Frank.

She does not seem to realize the damage and change she's created in Liv. Nor the fact that she made all these decisions without her partner..Liv. It's almost as if she thinks things can pick up where they left off.
