No. The other scenes were from the game Dirge of Cerberus, which takes place two years after Advent Children.

No, Aeris and Tifa are Arwen at alternating points. But since you never see Aeris' face, I guess it doesn't matter much.

...actually, this one, they DO have specific roles. Shelke was Gandalf, Vincent was the rohan guy, Tifa was Galadriel, Cloud was Aragorn, Rufus was Frodo, Sam wasn't seen...
