EPIC is a word that Goldsmiths works embodied. What a kegend. Fantastic soundtrack and its sad there are no soundtracks of this calibre being made today IMO.
@enisorian He is good but even he wasinspired by other great composers before him also from the 20th century like Shostakovich and the great Vaughan Williams who I believe moved into film scores you can here it in his work have a listen.
When I listen to this masterpiece, my favorite of all the OST scores, it makes me think of a distant planet in another galaxy where peace and equality exists for all men and women. An existence that awaits the real men and women of the world of whom don't live in dreams but endeavor to make the Will of mankind come true.
I love the piece i think of the day when i will meet the great all knowing i will stand before it and it may show one of its many manifestations say hello my child and then judge me accordingly and the we will join as one delving into my life seeing both good and bad, love, joy, pain ,suffering ,empathy all aspects of human nature.
