Firstly, James May has too many shows and most of them never get far.

Secondly, the guy in the RX-7 was competing in an Autocross event and yes, those were racing shoes he was wearing. But really, you can't call him a dumbass just because the wheels fell off. It was a mistake and we all make them. He probably just forgot to tighten the nuts on the wheels or the threading on them was wrong. Simple mistake that can be fixed. It could happen to anyone.
