When chigur pulls out a coin, it seems illogical because everyone around him is already dead, the humor being, who is the coin going to be flipped for...thus the ambiguity of it's purpose exists in that moment, only to be claified by the unscrewing of the vent... If the story is haulted at that moment, ask the audience to predict what he might do with the coin..
