How to sell shit as "art":

Step 1: Do something nobody did before. The stupider the idea (having random people draw sheep, for example), the better.

Step 2: There is no step 2. People see your stupid shit that nobody did before, think "wow, he must see something in this that I don't", they'll build an answer in their head as to what that is (why nobody can describe art to someone else), and BOOM it's "art".
