  • Love your videos...... and your experimenting. I do the coconut oil too and it really helps. also the gum... I discovered my favorite sugar free gum had 3 carbs per piece so I had to ditch that one. I can relate to having a child with a weight problem. It is so hard. I count carbs and workout, have lost 140 lbs (have 30 more to go) she has 100 lbs to lose is going to have WLS. makes me sad and afraid. Congrats to your son for taking control of his diet !! take care !

  • @kaziemae I didn't chew gum much, I really think it just about getting use to ketosis again, the really good thing is that I can get back in it after about 3 weeks of holiday food fest

    I am scare for my kids if they don't take control now, I didn't have a weight problem until about 6 years ago, not in my 20's.like my kids are.

    I hope your daughter does well and gets healthy again, thanks for stopping by, I did lose 4 pounds already since Friday, long ways to go, but now I am walking alot.

  • I have been taking green tea and putting coconut oil in it with the vanilla syrup (like you have). Love IT!!!!!!

  • for me, finding something new to try is like a kid in a candy store, never before did I think I would find something so yummy to drink with coconut oil., I am going for the green tea next!!
