During the anti communist period in the United States this group found it hard to get and work but, persevered and continued to work up until Ronnie Gilbert's death. my all time favorite folk group it period...
This was one of the greatest albums of the 1950's. My family grew up listening to this great Carnegie Hall concert. The Weavers were at their best. Ronnie Gilbert's voice was unique, and Seeger and Hellerman were great musicians. What a wonderful moment in American music. Thank you, Weavers.

@generaldud Just in case you scare people, Ronnie Gilbert is still alive. The only member not with us is Lee Hays, who died in 1981.
