just a tip for the stickhandling triangle, move ur feet a bit more to move the ball faster and keep it consistent

another way to improve stick handling is put a 6inch. peice of pvc pipe near your bottom hand that way it forces you to use the upper hand and learn in correctly.

I get a kick out of all these guys saying keep your head up. I've been coaching this game for 15 years and have the second highest level of coaching certification in the world, and I have never seen skills like this for a 7 year old. The heads up and puck protection comes later. I could not do what this girl does. Simple incredible!
