If you are like me and dont want to waste the bones when finished with them: 1)throw them in a fire 2) burn biomass 3) crush bone ash 4) compost . . . or eat.
Just to be technical, in the culinary world we call the liquid made from cooking bones in water "stock", while a "broth" is made from cooking meats or other ingredients in pre-made stock.
Beef bone broth from uswellnessmeats is AMAZING! I had a bummed shoulder for months on end that no amount of glucosamin/chondroitin pills cured. Then I started drinking a cup of that broth a day and my shoulder felt normal within a week. This is a REAL superfood.
Durianrider is correct in that Sally has gotten fat. She looks like she has hypothyroidism.
However, attacking the messenger with ad hominems does nothing to discredit the message. It's the ignorant person's way of affirming their own beliefs.
And I would bet anything you won't find Sally hanging out on YouTube looking for vegans to attack. She's too busy helping ex-vegans get their health back.
"We haven't compiled all the science but tradition is validated by the science" - is a good way of saying "BS". And appealing to tradtional cultures who, historically, lived shorter lives than today? Not convincing.
@ElectroMagneticJosh They did not live shorter lives. You must be thinking about average life spans? Thats a different thing alltogether. Average life spans are high in countries with indoor plumbing and low death rates in children. Nothing to do with eating animals or being vegetarian
Don't mean to sell: But, I make bone broth weekly; consume it daily, so good. Bone-broth is high in amino acids such as arginine, which is great for nitric-oxide production; which in turn helps the blood vessels. Interesting note, arginine can be used for cardiovascular-disease treatment and male impotence. Bone broth also contains glutamine great for creatine production and a healthy intestinal tract. Store bought gelatin has large amounts of these aminos, but might have msg.
@gregdoh Google ''John robbins at 60'' he's a promoter veganism for a long time! Or find a picture of Bernando Lapallo, vegetarian since 105 years (he's 109), search ''mimi kirk'' on youtube. There's more but I don't remember all the names! :P
@durianriders Sicker, I am not sure what you mean. But I know she is huge fan BUTTER, perhaps, that is the reason for her looking fuller than most of her older vegan counterparts.
She is 100% spot on with the bone-broth, couldn't agree with her more.
@durianriders Because she cut her hair short. Short hair is not flattering on her at all. I think you're comparing her to the older pix of her on the NT cookbook, etc. Other than that, I agree with gregdoh. She looks like a very healthy older woman to me, too. She had/has beautiful hair, why doesn't she let us see it long again?

@ChefFrankyG Yeah lets all risk getting mad cow disease together! Lets snap bones of innocent animals! Listen to Sally Fatty Fallon: 'you can detoxify by consuming bones of other animals'. What next? Eat eyeballs to restore vision?
