  • In Indiana we call this the jack whip! Same thing

  • did he just...queef at 0:37

  • was that a mid air fart at 0:35

  • Haha I used that move at Freshman state and won

  • hahaha he farted on :34

  • Is this legal on highschool wrestling??

  • @tristin6696 yeah totally legal

  • would this be worth 5 points?

  • @jojojaykay possibly.

  • @imvCore

yes this is legal in high school wrestling....but just make sure you follow the man ass he falls so the ref can clearly tell you have full possesion of your opponent on the way down so you wont get disqualified or get unsportsman points taken off

  • He farted on 0:35

  • So this is like the russian (American-Armlock) except you spin to the inside rather than the outside?

  • is thi legal in highcshool wrestling or only freestyle?

  • Did this move to win one of the biggest wrestling tournaments in my area. Thank you SO much!

  • @Drduffie214 LOL i herd the fart xD

  • i saw this and ate someone with it, right after i watched all of Kolats other videos

  • better than judo :)

  • lmfao idk why but that fart seems to come out of nowhere which makes me laugh so hard!!

  • how does he do all these moves so clean???

  • @Drduffie214

that was most definitely a slow motion fart... awesome

  • so if i get the knee down is it legal in folkstyle?

  • Couldn't you also do this from the start when the first come in

  • good vid any tips to set it up because everytime i try it i end up being the one pinned:(

  • @Gumba237 The keys is momentum. This doesn't work unless your opponent is push into you. To set him up you need to push into him (which naturally should bait him to push back) and then you hit it. The footwork is vital also. You need to swivel your hips hard and your back should almost take the place of where your opp is standing. So as his momentum is going forward, the power of your hips (and back) is bringing him over top of you.

  • @Gumba237 You have to remember to have your hip out. Hip into him and lift while yanking at that arm. Finish T'd off.

  • @Zake4688194 hip in* lol

  • @Gumba237 its a super risky move. My coach taught it to me where you throw yourself under their legs then bow. if you mess up then you have to basically out muscle them to force the move.

  • @zeekzone It's not that bad when he's pushing into you because you're basically just guiding him through, just try not to use it as an offensive move.

  • awesome judo

  • thats sooo raw

  • lol i hope u buy that guy a drink after throwing him all over the place for god knows how many videos.

  • @TheStbb lol

  • This IS legal, Kolat's knees were down before he hit. Learn the rules of wrestling.

  • Giggle and get it out of your system guys, farts happen xD. When we do our runs I hang back so I can let loose

  • 0:36 i heard a fart :P

  • is This illegal In Middle School ???????

  • @xXLuisKillerXx god. learn the rules. If youre knees or your body touches the ground first then its a legal throw

  • seriously is this legal for middle school werstling cuz i really dont want to go to my first meet and get kicked off the team haha that would suck big time

  • @iloveleverage yes it is probably at least in high school it is

  • ippon

  • Is this legal for MIDDLE school wrestling? Seems like an effective move

  • He makes that shit look awsome lol

  • Is this legal in folkstlye? or is it freestyle?

  • That was so ill, cant wait for the season so i can use it in my first match

  • 00:36 fart?

  • @88GODZORA88 word yo

  • Man that looks fucking sweet.

  • ippon seio nage

  • How many points is this move?

  • @AznTuber2000 3 points for the intial throw in freestyle i dont know bout collegiate

  • listen carefuly and someone farts at 00:36 lol

  • Simple fast done

  • i got my sister in an arm throw lol

  • @Ando42497 LOL!

  • kolat is the stud..wish he wrestled for iowa..but ..lol,,jk

  • 0:34

  • Kolat makes it look Easy

  • is this the same thing as a judo throw? would this also work if i do the throw from my knees?

  • @j00000rge It's actually more effective if you drop a knee. The momentum helps a lot.

  • Similiar but all grappling is related. The Russians or the former Soviet Eastern bloc has adapted a number of techniques seen in Judo( and other Asian wrestling styles) for freestyle and lesser extent, Grecco. Satiev & even other freestyle wrestlers have used uchimatta(a hip toss with the assist of a lifting leg on the inside of a thigh) with a whizzer grip.

John Bones Jones incorporates Judo techniques in his MMA fights.

  • @christianm1196 my thoughts exactly

  • nice done again. Too bad the existing Freestyle rules that have been changed in 2004 after Athens olympic games are horrible. Wrestling became more tactical than technical. Everyone tries to push an opponent out and get an easy point. We don't see as many throws as we used to before 2004.

  • @region015 Explain? I'm not too familiar with the rules of wrestling.

  • @RagingDemon89 i dont know what else to add, i thought i have already explained.

  • @region015 Is it as bad as judo?

  • @RagingDemon89 Sorry, but i don't know judo rules.

  • @region015 In judo you can't grab the legs at all. Doing so is an immediate DQ. Also you can not bear hug. If both your hands go beyond your opponents obliques you will be penalized. Also you can not clasp your hand in a head and arm. If you you dont want to fight on the ground turtle up. No bent over posture. No locking an opponents sleeve. If you have a waist you have 3 seconds to throw them or the ref will seperate you. Anything other than a sleeve and lapel grip you ave 5 seconds to throw.

  • @RagingDemon89 can grab in combination as continuation, you know no Olympic Judo rules

  • @NZSambo I did a ouchi to morote gari amnd i was DQ'ed. Fuck competing. The techniques are good and useful but only if you can use all of them.

  • @RagingDemon89 Welcome to real world.… you may attack and got DQ for non combat activity, if ref not like you. … same in Free Style and Greco, guess why Ara left his medal on Olympic?

My daughter make 5 ippons (by over back throws) – reff call mate after each throw and not count them, give her shido (she lost by shido).

  • @RagingDemon89

Other my student on Olympic qualification (Free Style), attaching non stop for 1 minute, as soon he stop attacking, ref give passivity and give point to opponent, he lost 1 point – no Olympics. Straight legs shot prohibited (as primary attack), but in combination as secondary application – absolutely fine. ....but any ref may take advantige of you if he wish.

  • We call this the jap wizard on my wrestling team

  • this throw also works if they take a collar tie on you. clamp the elbow, double knee drop, and throw it! :)

  • my coach kicked his ass

  • this move is also called a seoi nage in judo. i love mixing up combos between the lateral drop, belly to belly suplex, and the seoi nage.

  • cary kolat is a stud!

  • is this legal in high school wrestling? becouse i dont wanna go out there and the ref be like "nigguh!!...what was that!"

  • @christianm1196 Nah it's not. My friend hits it every match haha. I'm in high school by the way ha.

  • @paintballerbmxer12 darnn, haha, ok thanks

  • @christianm1196 wait sorry i misread your comment. It is legal haha.

  • @christianm1196 Yes this is legal in highschool wrestling. Just take it easy starting out and get a feel for the move. Don't break a team mate practicing this rofl. xD

  • @Rentehninja123 thanks dude, doin this next season fur sure

  • @christianm1196 Yeah it is, but in folk style go to your knees when you turn around to throw him so you don't slam him. That way it's legal. It's a hard move to do during a match though!

  • @christianm1196 yes perfectly legal nigguh

  • @christianm1196 yes its legal.

  • @christianm1196 yes it is if you bring you follow him down just like with a cowboy

  • @christianm1196 If you attempt it, make sure you drop to a knee.

  • @christianm1196 hey i did it and no penalty

  • @christianm1196 Don't overanalyze dropping the knee. Good form, timing, and momentum will be sufficient. If you overcomplicate it by worrying about the legality of not making contact with your knee, you'll likely lose account of your most important bodypart at the finish of the throw, your hips. Practice, practice, practice. Any ref that would call an overzealous "illegal" throw on that either isn't paying attention or is just being a douchebag.

  • @christianm1196 it is legal, it's a throw and you're not picking him up over your head

  • @christianm1196 i did it once and i didnt get called

  • @christianm1196 yea dude its leagal

  • @SOADARMY95 i dont where you get its illegall. its not a slam and its not a hip toss above the waste so its perfectly legal

  • @christianm1196 Sort of. You have to go to your knees and throw him over you for it to be ok and not a slam.

  • @christianm1196 hahaha I know right.

  • @christianm1196 LOL!

  • Nice! I started watching your vids a couple months ago. I haven't been training nearly as often as I'd like to or should... and still, I follow your advice and I feel like I'm an entirely different guy on the mat. Thank you!

  • is this the same as a jap whizzer ??

  • @speedy464745 almost, on a jap you just coil down to your hip then cut across the body, this he just tosses him, so i guess its kinda the same

  • @speedy464745 kind of, the Japanese wizzer is a different grip aka positioning, with the Japanese wizzer you have an over hook on the side u wanna throw him to and the reast is the same, alot more control i think, but for higher pace matches this works great

  • is the are spin better?

  • @iwanttofight69 I'm not sure if it was my fault or his, but my oppenent fucked up his neck when he landed in the arm spin. this one looks more effective and safer.

  • @iwanttofight69

Its no necessarily better. I depends on the athlete and the position. Learn both. Use both. Don't be a one trick pony.

  • oh my god.

  • Kolat.... u rock
