Although this is funny, IRL Shirley should not have thrown the silverware at the guy. No way would I eat in a dirty place like that. If they do not care about clean silverware, you know they don't care about sanitary conditions in the kitchen.

Shirley did have a right to lash out, but not at the customers but rather at rob. Expecting one person to do everything goes to show you that he would be a bad business investment.
