  • My vision becomes blurred, and my hearing choppy whenever I attempt to view any stupidity beyond my tolerance threshold.

That being said, I've never been able t o watch anything with Michael Steele in it.

  • How much did SMALL biz owners pay in captial gains tax last year? How much will they pay this year? I wonder how that compares to how much fat cat doners to the RNC (and/or DNC for that matter) paid.

  • Banks don't want to lend to people who can't pay loans back. Unemployment allows for certain individuals to pay back said loans.

OH I GET IT...lower unemployment taxes so less money is available to people who need to pay bills which further discourages lending to an individual. It is more risky to lend to an individual who has less unemployment insurance than one with more. This is lending 101...you idiot.

  • Don't reduce taxes, grow the underground economy !

  • stupid fuc***n dic*head.

My lord, there is a good reason why most economists are left leaning.

    How stupid is this guy?

  • How does lowering capital gains help "Small business"?

All that does is help big business.

  • I wonder, do republicans also drink excessively to treat weak kidneys and livers?

Do they smoke more cigarettes to fight lung cancer?

Do they cure aids by having unprotected anal sex with transvestite hookers?

  • "Eliminate cap gains..." Oh yeah, the same old shit....

  • Politics as usual. Reduce the unemployment tax? The federal unemployment tax is negligible, we're talking about small fractions of 1 percent. More proof that Steele and the GOP are uninformed and out of touch.

  • @kaysandesses I dunno, it's not being uniformed, it is being out of touch... the same blame game, the same mantra... right now they just can't adapt to a new situation...

  • @whereitsat309, I think it's some of both. They're uninformed because they think something like eliminating or reducing an already comparitively minor tax burden will somehow stimulate small businesses, or business in general. Same old GOP morons thinking that cutting taxes will fix the economy. As Reagan and GWB showed, it is a good way to grow the deficit.
