I think you can know the date of this interview looking after the Sellers's spectacles, he wore that glasses in a precise date. Perhaps 1960.

he was still chubby here. He only started to lose weight after he met sophia loren and they supposedly had an affair . He said he wanted to look good. And he did look incredible after losing weight. I suppose that was in the 60s
