Dinner at the HillTop Cafe, Fredericksburg TX

When you look at the outside of HillTop, it just looks like a rundown gas station. Go inside and you might think, "This place is a burger joint?" but when you see the menu and taste the food, it's very surprising. I was surprised throughout the whole evening... The building from the outside, what it looked inside, the ambience, the food (including yummy dessert) and the entertainment. I'd definitely go there again =)

Hey Paul this is a cool place in the middle of nowhere in Texas (fredericksburg) where I live. This is my friend Johnny Nicholas... he has played with Howling Wolf to name a few. He also won a grammy with Asleep at the Wheel!! Enjoy pass it around BLUES IN THE HILL COUNTRY OF TEXAS.

I drive by that place all the time, I have only bean inside a couple of times though, its nice.
