@CSSailor1863 This is Syro-Malankara rite with in the Roman Catholic Church. The Syro-Malankara rite came into existence when Mar Ivanios a bishop of the Malankara Orthodox Church left the church and joined with Rome. Syro-Malankara rite uses the same Syriac liturgy as the Syriac Orthodox Church with some changes made to the liturgy to agree wtih the latin teachings of papal infallabilty, immaculate conception of St. Mary, purgatory, special veneration to sacred heart , rosary etc.
