Ok i didn't see this vid til after i commented on the last vid (lol). I get dryness when i do henna, i may try your way. I was using lemon juice and it dried me completely out. Your hair is lovely!
I just mixed up a bowl and i didn't add any oil! gotta sit for 12 hours, so is it too late to add it in? I used orange juice this time. I went to Mehandi's site and they said that you should not mix it with coffee. They give you a list of Dos and Don'ts. They even say lemon juice is harsh and drying for some hair types so i guess that's what happened to me.
henna is awesome!!!!!! By the way, I was wondering if you plan on hennaing your sisterlocks as well? i recently loced too and i cant wait till i loc to henna =)
I sure do, but I have to wait until my babies fully lock since Henna has the tendency to loosen the curl pattern. You should post a vid of your locks!

I would still mix the extra virgin olive oil in! Your hair needs that moisture girl. Let me know how it turns out.
