  • i like the peanut analogy. it makes perfect sense for this research.

  • I agree with what the expert has to say.

  • if u blame video games for child violence start listening to rap all it promotes is sex, drugs, violent outburst of all kinds and foul language. and on top of that blame the parents there are ratings for a reason..

  • video games can be really stressfull where a game can put you in a difficult situation. i do get stress and angry having to do the same stage over and over.

alot of people do get stress and feel anger playing games and that aint healthy.

  • did they ever think maybe the challenge in the game is difficult and the person playing is frustrated thet they cant do it?

  • i would have thought the percentage would have been higher than .17 even if they had been watching sports or something...

  • well remember its not a percentage, but 0.17 and 17% are the same length on a 100 point scale.

  • the politicans don't get the average gamer is 35.

  • .17? hmm could that be due to slight adrenaline due to the game being fun and or fast paced?

  • It is hard to see someone who has put in allot of effort to tell the real truth about violent videogame research, only to be turned down by politicians who were expecting more answers about how violent videogames affect children instead of what is in reality that violent videogames are nothing more than something that we perhaps should not be worried about too much and focus more on how to help a person to control their own anger or aggression within a videogame and not get it into real life.
