Thanks! I'm having thoughs on maybe buying either a Martin J-40 or a J-41, like the Jumbo sound. But the J-40 has a 1 11/16" nut right? And the J-41 has that V-neck I really can't cope with. But again, your J-40 sounds great and the tune is beautiful! Magnus
Bought a Lowden 023 a few months ago. Its a bit delicate for strumming but for fingerpickin you'd have to go a long way to beat it.The trebles are much brighter than my Martin.Before you buy anything else see if you can get to try one.J-40 has a 1 11/16, the Lowden has 13/4, I have big fingers!
Let me be the judge of that!!!!!!!!!!!

Only use pick for strumming as on the Gavins song cover.I tend to prefer to use my fingers
