Woah brilliant job no awesome job man :), shame nothing in the sparkster series has come close music wise to the first one including the cool feel from the first one.
To the SNES Sparkster's credit, it actually had a pretty good soundtrack; it's just that RKA's score was so awesome that practically no videogame on the Genesis or SNES could level with it.
True, but yeah the first game's music just couldn't be topped, sparksters music is still good but the first one's was really unique and stood out, guess it's because the teams that made sparkster on snes and megadrive weren't the same team, i still hope they make another game that rivals or possibly tops the first one someday, new rocket knight's good but it's missing a lot.
@CobaltBW There's one other game I can think of with pretty complex, progressive music, and that's Shinobi 3 Return Of The Ninja Master. And there's Dynamite Headdy come to think of it. But yeah, this might just be the best!
I feel for you. This is a very complex song, just like the rest of the soundtrack, and I couldn't take any real shortcuts when sequencing it because it doesn't have a whole lot of repetition in its notation, even in the drumline. I guess in that sense, it also goes to show just how much effort was put forth into the original compositions.
midi link PLEASE?
