  • Waters is such a big heart

  • roger waters....playback!!!!

  • Legendary! thanks uploader been hunting for this tour esp. the pros n cons stuff live

  • At the end of "Welcome To The Machine" in the first set some asshat threw an M80 from the upper seats and Roger stopped the show. He went ballistic... and there was Clapton standing there with his headphones on looking a bit uncomfortable while Waters raved at us... what an unforgettable show!!

  • I was at this show. This was one of the best concerts I have ever been to - and I've seen a lot of great concerts. This tour really should have been properly documented on film.

  • the sax is awesome.....waters is genius...cant wait till may, manchester wall gig,,,

  • i adopted a fox cub whos mother was a coat ..what a line

  • ware could i get this from cheers

  • my mum got me this from xmas 1988, and while driving to berlin in the summer of 1990 put it on loop, i drove past krupps steel works and dreamt under east german skies, and watched the wall by roger waters in potsdamer plaza, oh the stories i could tell, but my kids just say shut up dad, !!!!

  • @shanebyrne996 bet it was one of the best days ever

  • This was an AMAZING show. Dead center of the floor (in all its quad glory) at the Spectrum in Philadelphia. Only regret: I was still out getting a hot dog when the first song started (the second set was Pros and Cons start to finish) and I missed the HUGE explosion that ended his nightmare in the opening scene. It shook the entire (concrete) structure though. Really wish there was an official video of this, or even a decent bootleg. Good memories.

  • Eeyore the old grey donkey stood by the side of the stream and looked at himself in the mirror. Pathetic he said thats what it is!

  • Breathtaking!

  • "I told the kids stories while you worked your loom and the sun went down sooner each day"

26 years later, I'm still loving it.

  • I think I'm addicted to this song, I just have to listen to it almost every day, but I don't wanna recover!

    Thanks so much for posting!

  • "I said "Fuck it then

Take the kids back to town

    Maybe I'll see you around"

And so...leaving all our hopes and dreams

To the wind and the rain"

    roger is a god ....

  • this sounds great!

  • This is the first time I hear Pros and Cons live - gotta admit, I am pretty surprised how close it sounds to the album. Waters at the top of his game, writing songs with so much emotional depth. I do get why some Pink Floyd fans would be dissapointed with this album - no catchy songs - but man, the album as a whole shines like the best of Pink Floyd's albums.

  • Gotta love that drum at 4:57!

    Raw

  • strange how its the same riff as fletcher memorial

  • @cccraigus Hell,Roger is ALWAYS using the same riffs in his songs. Still,he does it well enough that u don't really mind it.

  • @cccraigus and the chorus from "Your Possible Past"

  • you would think dancinbear, but i have several bootlegs from the pros and cons tour and none of them sound the same. it's so sad there isn't much video of this tour or the radio kaos tour.

  • He is obviously lipsynching here. He couldn't possibly scream like this night after night. His voice would've blown out.

  • I think some of his vocals are on tape. The screechy parts sound exactly like the album.

  • I don't think so. I have another bootleg from Stockholm, same tour, he sings it live. He didn't use tapes at the time. Even here, all the screaming parts don't sound exactly like the record if you listen closely :) He'd just recorded the album, it's quite normal he sounds the same :)

But on his recent tours, he did use playback tapes (Every Stranger's Eyes).

  • mmmm i don't know , but i'm shure of this in thee last tour

  • I missed the show at the meadowlands, but caught the show at radio city..This too is one of my favorites

  • Pro' s and Con's is one of my alltime favorite albums! I saw Roger Waters in Hartford in 1984 and I'll never forget it.

    Thanks for posting this video!!

  • i was also at this show in my junior year of highschool...4th row!!! i must say, this is one of the greatest albums ever recorded.period!! havent grown tired of hearing it since the first time = )

  • Great Show. I was there! I was 19 yrs old. Thanks for posting this!!

  • I watched this for the slide lick b4 the screaming "on the road again" bridge.

I knew it was a once in a lifetime moment, one of the best pieces of recorded music ever. Clapton didn't even try to duplicate it live.

  • take the kids back to town, maybe I'll see you around

  • wow what a gem this is. thank you so much for putting this on youtube.

  • And the sun went down sooner each day . . .

  • Nice effort but...in the immortal words of Vincent Gambini...Could we get any farther away?

  • i have to look him up lol- i cant connect with something on an emotional basis alone- even tho its cool- i need facts man lol- by god i love to learn- just me i guess.=0

  • I would love to go to a Waters gig which only consisted of his solo, non-PF songs.

  • I agree with you I loved the fact he did the entire Pros and Cons album then Radio Kaos. I still wish he would have done the same for Amused to Death. Ill take what ever I can get

  • @jkerrigan1990 so would i! I'd love to see this album performed live again...

  • @jkerrigan1990 To quote Roger. "Ive been making solo albums since the early 70's they just were called PInk Floyd Albums" Roger in concert is amazing. Ive seen every solo tour he has ever done.

  • My first concert ever (yes, this exact show). Would love to see the DVD of this. I'd forgotten how great David Sanborn was with the sax solo here (and through most of the second set). Throw in Eric Clapton on lead guitar, not to mention an incendiary first set of Floyd classics, and it was a show for the ages.

  • my 2nd

  • Fantastic! I cannot wait for the whole concert torrent download...

  • thank you so much for this. would love to see more.

  • I putted the two P&C videos on my favourites !
