  • @bunnywunny1046 Your welcome! That time of year to make a few batches. Big Yum!

  • I want to make something romantic like a good dessert for my boyfriend, what do you think would he prefer?

  • @itsalexaporcelli Men enjoy chocolate too. So many desserts to go with.

How about something different like a Champange Granita? See my vid. 'Two, Two Tea Granita'. Substitute one of the teas with Rose Champange or just use the champange. Easy and can be presented nicely. Plus you have the leftover champange to enjoy. Just a thought.

    cheers! KtC

  • @stafylides lol

  • just like "no bake cookies" just without the sugar! my fav.

  • @mcvickerf Tasty treats in a pinch as they take little time and folks love them. I find they work best during the holidays but we make them for ourselves frequent enough. cheers mate!

  • very nice

  • thanx for the recipe i made the balls, they were tasty but hard

I wonder if you can give the weight of things in grams and milliliters

    tia

  • @nogamoon Hello. I usually bounce back and forth between metric and imperial. However, it should be noted that some 'solid' ingredients are listed in liquid measurements as in 1 cup or 250ml. (seems to be the norm in cooking). You should see metric in some of these recipe. I prefer metric as it is the best way to go however, many viewers are from the US and they do not use it (still ancient in their measuring lol). Glad you tried the recipe, tasty!

Good point on the measurements! cheers, KtC

  • Thank You so much for the recipe. I tried it and it came out so delicious.

  • @gayathriraani Your welcome! cheers, KtC

  • Another good video and they look just as tasty as your macaroons but get rid of that music =P

  • i added evaporated milk and its even better you should try it

  • @Jaxter2798 Interesting. I suspect it would work well as there are similar recipe using the evaporated milk. Did you just add it with everything else and a bit more oats, or did you keave another liquid ingredient out? How much did you use? Thanks for sharing. Always looking for ideas to mix things up. cheers! KtC

  • Making these for a Party tonight! I will let you know the outcome!!! Thanks for the recipe!

  • @ansesquivias I made them the other day too. Hope you enjoyed them! cheers, KtC

  • If you wanna try something really simpel and delicius take 100g butter 90g oatmeal 2 table spoons of icing sugar and 1 table spoon of bitter cocopowder, mix that shit together, roll it into to balls and cool for 1 hour It's AWESOME! fatty, but awesome ;)

  • for the topping why dont use cocoa powder??

  • @71ladygaga There is enough cocoa already in there. Way too bitter without the sugar coating. cheers, KtC

  • I love the music by the way. Reminds me of the music on "How It's Made".

  • @haywood86 Thank you. Much appreciated. KtC

  • that looks like heaven

  • @NyulaRaeGlamour Yes, they hand them out when you first arrive (apparently). KtC

  • ooooo Ima gonna try that.... with rum too :)

  • @peacefulshades Yes, very yummy with the rum. Enjoy! (I now want some too). KtC

  • @kooktocook Thanks! I will :o) Love all these yummy lessons!

  • my friend says he once bought one cocoa ball for a peso (here in the Philippines). he said it was very bitter, and he can still taste the coffee. so that's why, you put a lot of cinnamon and sugar. i wanna try! however, can your recipe be made into, what they call, cocoa tea? i want to sell it somewhere in Manila.

  • @rentmaniac6 Cocoa tea contains typically nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar and cocoa. There is actually no tea in it. The coffee-cocoa balls are diferent as one is a beverage and the other not. I have a Caribbean Cocoa Tea recipe I will post. It is quite tasty as a morning beverage on hot days. cheers! KtC

  • @kooktocook oh please do post it. tnk u veri much!

  • i like how u coat the balls with white stuff.....

  • @miamoore66879 :D and cheers! KtC

  • @miamoore66879 i think that's the sugar.

  • how many does it yield?

  • @KucingKayap I get about ten although rolling a bit smaller should be a dozen. cheers, KtC

  • dont forget to add some weed :)

  • theres anotha recipe...: 1 Packet of Marie biscuits, crushed

    1/2 cup coconut

    2 table spoon cocoa

    1 tin concidered milk

    Extra coconut for rolling

    ::)))

  • @afGhanGirL1221 Thank you for sharing your recipe. I have made note and will give them a try next time. Have a great day! KtC

  • These look Great. But they cant be good for you health wise :-(.One of those occasional foods i guess

  • They are sweet, however the ingrdients are pure. Not much bad about cocoa, butter and rolled oats. Yes, as anything moderation. cheers! KtC

  • I don't like cinnamon. Is there another substitute to coat the cafe cocoa balls? Or is the coating optional?

  • optional. go naked or just use the sugar. dry mint leaf is great! cheers! KtC

  • These look really delicious.

  • a Cup of coffee a mandarin orange and 2 or 3 of the cocoa balls and keeps me going to noon

    thanks for this awesome recipe!

  • DONT I MEAN DONT GIVE THIS TO KIDS, BEWARE OF THE DANGEROUS RESULTS, THEY WILL GET HYPER!, eh not my kid so idc, well it surely made me hyper yo type that stuff above there, and thanks.......maybe.....just maybe, experiment time!

  • They can be very sweet. Just eat a few :)

    cheers! KtC

  • im makeing these tomorrow how to you find variations to all of your recipes to make them qucik and still taste the same?

  • These are tasty. I have not had them in awhile. mmmmm? I think I will prepare again soon. Easy too!

I have pushed the limits on some, but I try to attack those recipes that are fairly straight forward to begin with. My thoughts are if the food looks good/tasty/ interesting in a minute, then just watch again and take the notes. Further, I find too many recipes just complicate things. I like to break through the BS and just deliver the goods. Thank you, cheers! KtC

  • Nice to meet you too :) Congratulations for all your recipes ... very very talented and with you cooking is more easy and funny ... Thanks a lot :)
