I love the series cause 1: Its filmed WHERE I LIVE and 2: I was an extra in the first series!!! The milkshake scene in the first series (where lockie and vickie sit still drinking a milkshake while everyone else whizzes areound them) took SOOOO long, and they kept pausing to refill the milk, and after they said cut, Sean stood up and shouted "Never again!"

Im in Albany, cant wait to see what they have done with the second series, they were filming on my street a few times. Its always fun to see how they combined different areas around town into one place. Right now our local TV is repeating series one so I guess series two cant be far away

the dvds are available in britain on 21st july or 23rd....cant remember. its a bit of a wait but i think it'll be worth it! britain doesnt have any teenager-ish kinda shows so lockie leonard is great! :)

I think they ruined it. They made him older, and thats usally how a good show gets bad thats why i stopped watching it years ago.

Also, true to the book series, only the first book follows Lockie's first year in high school, the second and third books follow him growing up into a mid-teen (14 - 15).

The second TV season follows the same format.

So, it's the same actor, two or three years older, the same as it was in the books.

I wouldn't let this discourage you from watching the second season, I think it will be just as good as the first.
