This song used to drive me crazy because I didn't know the title and none of my friends did either. I finally found the name because in the move Love Jones (?) the main characters went to a Herb Kent steppers set. At the end of the scene this song was playing. I stayed in the theater and saw all the credits to get the name of this tone.
