I finally got to try this amp out. It was very good sounding. I have to take back my earlier comments about it being fizzy/buzzy. I think it's that rails pickup this guy's using, it sounds like a hot rails which is a fuzzy, muddy pickup. My strat sounded very good pure and meaty but not fizzy like here. A great, versatile amp. I wonder hot the combo does?

this guy came to my house when i was like 14 and ripped the shit outta my peavy bandit on my old jackson. My neighbor was his cousin.

Like that clean but the overdrive sounds a little fizzy and raspy in every clip I'm hearing. He's exaggerating it with the chickn pickin'. I'd like to hear if i tcould approach a Marshall style, clean gain tone. For stuff like VH or Zep or something. Not the buzzy type distortion.

@stratthead I'm thinking that that buzzy sound your hearing, is the audio from the video...I've tried this amp out, and the overdrive is freakin' amazing. This video isn't really doin' it justice.....the reverb is also amazing...I was surprised to find out it was digital reverb. I WILL own this amp....I've been a fender amp freak for years...but to me, these Egnaters are blowing any amp fender is making out of the water.

Egnater's are great amps,you just need to know how to work with them. It also helps when someone like Barry G demos it. Some people get great equiptment and really DON"T know how tod get the best out of them. I know,I used to be one of those people. I own this amp because it really blew me away with its versatility. Cdheckd one out for yourself,I dodn't think you'd be disappointed.

Barry g player is a genius!! if you where to sit down and listen to this guy play guitar and here him play his music he would blow your mind!! cause the stuff he comes up with on his guitar is just out of this world amazing,and yes do go see him play cause after hearing him playing on the guitar you will wanna go home with your tail between your legs and play guitar all day long.
