  • I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this video... it is a real great job... !!!!!

A fantastic tribute to all those wonderful artists... !!!

Even the rhythm and movements of the artists suit perfectly to the music in big parts... must have been lots of work to put it together in this way... !!!

Aaah... not to forget... I am a big fan of Stevie Wonder... a great song too naturally :-)

  • 0:46 - 0:55 > ALL

  • We love this video! Thank you!

  • who is that one in 0:50 with the Afro????????

  • @guyalt11 considering they all have afros, it's The Jackson 5...

  • its too bad that stevie wonder isnt a rapper eh buddy!?!? fucking idiot

  • I bought a bass guitar just to learn this song, after years of noodling.

  • Wow! Bravo for putting this video together. This is so cool.

  • What's the name of the video after Jimi hendrix with duke Ellington I think called?

  • Love the video, it gave me a feel-good feeling afterward

  • just so people know who are wondering this is soul, jazz, pop and funk and has nothing to do with rap i dont know why all the comments befor this are about rappers just thougt i would make that clear

  • I find it unfortunate that stuffbilluploads has chosen this beautiful song to be used as a race card. I doubt Stevie Wonder would appreciate it. Stevie himself even listed Glenn Miller in the lyrics. I failed to see Glenn Miller in the video. I'm not going to "dislike" this video. I think that would childish. But I couldn't let such a blatant faux pas hide in the shadows. Music should bring us together... not tear us apart.

  • @ChesterLoadstone How does celebrating African-American musicians/legends from the 1940s to the present day tear anyone apart? I am "white" and I don't understand your comment or at least don't feel the same.

  • @ChesterLoadstone

i feel that sad that you consider this as a race card, a beautiful song, black, white, asian, blonde, brunette, blonde. music demonstrates beauty regardless of skin colour x

  • @ChesterLoadstone

i feel that sad that you consider this as a race card, a beautiful song, black, white, asian, blonde, brunette, blonde. music demonstrates beauty regardless of skin colour x

  • This to me is about music. Music is colorblind. That's the way it was and should be again.

  • I love this video! Watched it 5 times

  • 1:28 Look at all those afros!

  • Great video! Thanks! Love the message of Universal Language and Love this song carries. God Bless Stevie! And Basie, and Satchmo, and Sir Duke, and Ella, and....lol

  • @kayakismet don't forget Miller ;)

  • <3

  • great video

  • Cool video, but no Miles Davis?!?!?

  • @TheCaptbob1 Actually, that is not true. Most rappers do not carry guns and act like assholes, that is just a stereotype that people who are afraid to try new music make up. The rappers and rap groups they showed were Run-DMC, Grandmaster Flash, Public Enemy, Salt n' Peppa, Lauryn Hill, Tupac, and Biggie. Out of all of those, the only gangster rappers were Tupac and Biggie. Hip Hop is an important part of African American music and when you do a tribute to it you kind of have to have Hip Hop.

  • @crazyjames95 Yea Rap music is todays music but this song came out when I was in H.S so this kind will always reflect my youth years!

  • @crazyjames95 I thank you from the bottom of my heart for explaining to others that rap does belong and i'm not saying today's ignorant rappers like waka flocka and soulja boy, i'm talking about the rap pioneers and lets not forget Pac also was talking about coming together for peace not everything he said was fuck hoes and imma ride on these niggas other times it was more toned down like the song "do for love"

  • I remember hearing this song on a Juke Box at the pool in the summer of 77 I think. I was only 8 or 9 and I was just knocked out. Brilliant. PS it sounds much better on an old record any day.

  • Well orchestrated video...Thanks for shring it with us all.

  • 5 Justin beiber fans hate thus song

  • nothing beats the classics

  • This video proves why American (Soul) Music is the most admired and copied art forms on the planet-----also check James at 3:26--he's in the groove, unbeliveable! Miss him much.

  • cool. :)

  • Who is that from :46 to :54?

  • @goodpeter31 I wanna know too ... and know the song/video

  • This video says it all!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!! WE NEED MORE OF THIS KIND OF HONOR ALL OF THE TIME WE NEED TO COMMEND EACH OTHER MORE!!!!!! signed R.E. CUMMINGS JR. circa,2011.

  • I cannot believe anyone could have ever hit dislike... I just hope we never meet, because It'd be sad for me to see you exist.

  • 0:49 amazing.

  • Music is the Sjit!!!!

  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO AND THIS SONG!

I woke up this morning to my son laying in he little bed belting this song out... to freakin cute!

  • Rap artists are the biggest DIRT BAGS WHO DO NOTHING for society except make millions, carry guns and act like assholes!

  • @TheCaptbob1 SO TRUE!!!

  • @TheCaptbob1 No buddy's got dirt on Biggie Smalls... Im sorry, I don't mean to be a dick- But the man was one of the most skilled lyricists out there. Gangster, yes, but I don't necessarily think that it makes his music any less amazing- Just different flavors, don't limit you listening!

  • @TheCaptbob1 not all. some are trying to lift their brethen up. lots of (white) militia men carry guns and act like assholes, but we still need a well armed militia for defense. WHY do they carry guns? gee i wonder..rodney king, much?

  • Comment removed

  • @TheCaptbob1 Not all rap artists are bad. You're looking at pop culture. America's pop culture right now is glorifying those who make millions, carry guns, and act like assholes, you know, the hump and fight kind. Good rap is out there, you just have to look past the crap the media is throwing out there. Every genre has these people, so you shouldn't stereotype. Trust me, I'm no rap fan, nor a Wonder fan. He's Wonderful..sorry.. but I'm not a devout fan. Im a bassist, Im here for JJ. Good song(:

  • @theresurrectionnnn of course its not JJ in the first place, my bad. It's Nathan Watts

  • @TheCaptbob1 That is completely absurd.

  • @Superphilipp REALLY? how many pop artists have been shot and killed lately???? ( I am not including rap artists as pop.)

  • @TheCaptbob1 That wasn't the absurd part.

  • @TheCaptbob1 oldschool is ok. its this new shit i hate

  • I would like to say that RAP artists should not be a part of this tribute! Also, I dont think I saw Jackie Wilson or Otis Redding. Great stuff!!

  • I feel so happy and active listening and watching this man. Thank You and merry Christmas everyone!!! I love you all

  • A great video for a great song, thank you!!!

  • @stuffbilluploads : i love Stevie Wonder, i love this vidéo, but where is James Brown i don't see him? (i'm a frenchwoman, sorry for my english!)

  • excellent video. can't believe one person 'disliked' it. one small edit on the artist list, you've put run dmc in twice, the second one should be public enemy.

  • This song is fantastically infectious. Great video editing to a great song. Music is universal and if this song doesn't get your foot tapping and booty shakin you have no soul! Thanks for posting this.

  • it looks like some of the people filmed were singing with this song

  • amazing!XD yeah!!

  • Stuffbilluploads, you stepped up.

  • This is brilliant editing. No say-a-cow see-a-cow here. I've done video editing and you really avoid the cliches. This is an inspiring piece of juxtaposition for an inspiring piece of music. I first danced to this Wonder when I was 8 years old. THANKS!

  • great selection! is it possible to see the list of videos in this clip?

  • Now i want THIS music in our era..not some justin bieber crap! I love the real live instruments in this. First of all, in music these days, there is no trombone solos! And second, they just use stupid computer generated beats in music! It sucks!!

  • Great video montage! I love the brassy sound of Sir Duke, a tribute to some of the famous artists that Stevie Wonder loved and wanted to pay homage to.

This video was created in the same spirit and I appreciate that!

I only feel bad that there were some artists in the video I didn't recognize, the one that is really bugging me is at 3:40. Is that Lionel Richie?

    Nice work though!

  • Regretfully, the smug hip&rap crowd are the ones that are least likely to view this great video and embrace Stevie's delightful message. This video is an automatic "pick me up", thank you!

  • Stevie is a genius. This is a great tribute to music itself and not getting stuck in one gernre, one style contributes to another. Those that need to hear this message most are the rap&hip hop audiences who have conformed to mediocrity. Reliance of the urban decay of the Enlish language is not music. It will never endure the way that Stevie Wonder's music has.

  • excellent video.

  • Its a real good collaboration

  • Stevie Wonder is a musical genius
