focus on the few things here - 1. do the cardio 4 times a week as a beginner , and do it at high intensity , 2 min slow and then 30 hard , 2 min slow then 30 seconds hard .... repeat this for 25 minutes ,, when u finish this - u will b sweating like dog , like i m in pictures ... go home eat light stuff like - boiled eggs with salad leaves ,vegies. , whey protien shake 3 times a day . try this for 1 month u will c some serious change
cut salad mix with tuna , chicken boiled with salad , u can buy turkey slices from supermarket , boiled asparagus eliminates the fat from the body which could help , eat 6-7 times in a day , but very small portions just to satisfy the hunger , if u eat loads then ur body will store it as fat right away ,, and dont eat heavy at night very imp ... keep this diet for 1 month changing around , (no liquor beer while u cutting on calories bro ) ask if u need more assistance ,
